CHANCE is a student-created initiative to strengthen the relationship between the Humphrey Institute, the West Bank campus and the Cedar-Riverside neighborhood.  This relationship is reliant on partnerships within the communities and organizations of the Cedar-Riverside neighborhood and the University of Minnesota.    

If you live or work in Cedar-Riverside or on the West Bank of the UMN, CHANCE invites you to connect with us and use this website to engage with the community.  We are always looking for more ways to be involved with the community.  Send us your ideas, opportunities, come to our meetings or invite us to yours.

CHANCE meetings are held every other Friday at 9:30am at the Humphrey Institute, room 173.

• Special Meeting: CHANCE strategic visioning and direction, Friday November 9 at 9:30-11:30 a.m., location West Bank Community Development Corporation office (1808 Riverside Avenue, 2nd Floor). Refreshments provided.
