The Humphrey Institute welcomes experienced practitioners and other distinguished individuals from outside the University who can make meaningful contributions to our research, teaching, and outreach programs. These Fellows include practitioners and policymakers with significant national or international reputation in some field of public affairs and public affairs thinkers, authors, and entrepreneurs widely recognized to have made - or to potential to make - a unique and original contribution to public affairs.
